Gift Cards & Coupon Codes
Our automated system uses both Gift Cards and Coupon Codes to deliver discounts.
TO USE YOUR GIFT CARD OR COUPON CODE:
1. Go to Schedule a Reading. (It's also in the top menu bar: SCHEDULE.)
2. Select the Duration (20-minutes, 30-minutes, etc.), Date and Time, then click Next.
3. You'll be directed to the Booking Form page where you you enter your name, email, etc. Fill in your info, then click the Book Now button. That will take you to an Order Summary section - with two options for entering a discount code:

Enter a promo code - use this if you have a Coupon Code.

Redeem a gift card - use this if you're using a Gift Card.
Please note:

Use the correct field!

All codes are case sensitive.

Make sure there are no blank spaces before or after the code.

Usually when the system is not recognizing a code, it’s one of the above.
TO PURCHASE A GIFT CARD:
We are happy to say we've finally installed an automated Gift Card system. (This replaces our old method, which used Gift Certificates.) Gift Cards are a treasured, unique present. Great for Birthdays, Graduations, Anniversaries, etc.

IF YOU HAVE UNUSED GIFT CERTIFICATES (from before April 2023)
We converted Gift Certificate numbers to Coupon Codes when we moved our website platform back in early 2023. Your unused Gift Certificate number is now a Coupon Code. Gift Certificate numbers are alpha-numeric strings of 13 letters and numbers, printed on the front of the Gift Certificate. If you cannot locate your unused Gift Certificate, send Lisa the original purchaser's name and email, and ideally a forward of the original purchase receipt email. She has a list of prior purchases and will get it sorted for you.

You can reschedule yourself: Look at the menu bar and click on Login, then go to My Bookings. Select your session and click the reschedule button to choose from all of the next available dates and times. If you are not yet a member and want this option, click on Login, then click the Sign Up link and enter your info to set up your account. [NOTE: Use the same email address for your member setup and scheduling - the system uses that email field to connect the dots. To update your email, login then go to My Account, scroll down to the Login info section, and click the link for Change Email. Be sure to click the Update Info button before you exit.]
