And it’s perfect for HSP Women & Men who want to know how energy & sensitivities work - and how to work with them.  Because without awareness & training, being highly sensitive can feel like a burden. But once you're conscious & capable, you'll be able to navigate daily life so much better... sensitivities included. That's when your sensitivities truly become a Gift & lessing. How It Works:

Intake  (30 minutes)

• We start by identifying what you most want from this experience.

Day 1  (3 hours total)

• Two 90-minute sessions devoted to your core concerns.

• You’ll receive insight, clarity, and a new sense of calm.

Day 2  (3 hours total)

• After time to rest and integrate, we meet again for another pair of 90-minute sessions.

• This is where the deeper layers reveal themselves.

Follow-Up  (30 minutes)

• A final session to answer remaining questions and support your next steps.

Total: 7 Hours of Private, Focused Connection & Support
 

Why Two days?
Because this level of transformation needs some space.  Resting between sessions allows the work to deepen, and you return with fresh perspective and new questions we can explore even further.
