Insight Hours are online LIVE events. We use Zoom. You’ll get connection details (Zoom link and dial-in numbers) with your registration confirmation. You'll also get a reminder email the day before your class.

The Zoom Room setup is everyone can see me, but nobody sees anyone else. (So don’t fuss with appearances… Keep those comfy clothes on!)

If you prefer audio only, you can dial in and just listen.

Zoom is free. You can join from any smartphone, tablet, or computer that has the Zoom app installed.

I start on time. You can join the class in progress if you are running late.

Insight Hours are recorded, and a link to the recording is sent out shortly after the class ends. So, if you’re registered and miss the live event for any reason, you can still listen to the recording.

If you know you’re not going to make it to the live event and you have a question, you can email me your question in advance. The same goes for folks who plan on dialing in. Please get your question to me no later than 4pm the day before the class.

Please note:

• There are no refunds for no-shows on Insight Hours. But, again – if you registered, you will get a link to the recording.
• We reserve the right to use sections of Insight Hour recordings in future teaching materials.
• We’re not doing any deep or personal dives here (that’s what the Intuitive Talks are about), so be thinking about a general question you’d like to ask.
