My career began almost forty years ago, as hypnotherapist - also doing past life regressions, energy work, and breathwork.

In those early days, when my intuition first started coming in strong during sessions, I shared pretty much everything I received. It didn’t go well. Some clients were uncomfortable. They felt too exposed. And, at the same time, I was going too deeply into people’s energy - without clear boundaries. That led to some serious burnout for me.

But, over time, I learned - not everything you receive is meant to be shared.

And I also developed a reliable way to discern...

• how to ask permission
• and how to communicate insight with care

This became my standard protocol, and it changed everything - for both me and my clients.
